FLOWER CO. is hiring Production Technicians to manufacture our House Brand. Applicants should be friendly, reliable, and enjoy working on a team. These production positions are goal-oriented and fast-paced. Please note your experience on your resume if you are familiar with the production of vape carts, concentrates, and flower.

What you'll do:

Production Technicians are responsible for quality control, inventory tracking, project paperwork, weighing, filling, labeling, and casing house brand products including vape cartridges, flower, and concentrate. You must have fine motor skills, attention to detail, work well on a team, and be open to take direction well.

Pay Range: $16.50-$18/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30

Who you are:

• 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent for Production Technicians
• Do not have allergies to cannabis
• Able to lift 25 to 50lbs.
• Food Handler or Servsafe Card recommended, but not required
• Flexible availability
• Punctual and able to support specific department KPIs
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills
