We're looking for a motivated, hard-working Intern to assist our College Programs Manager and Small Brand and Outreach Team, while working within the context of our larger Growth and Marketing organization. As the College Intern, you will help build FLOWER CO.'s brand recognition on and off campus through personal engagement, outreach, canvassing, event hosting, along with much more…

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Raise awareness about FLOWER CO. on campus by helping to execute strategies for direct, effective engagement on the campus and its broader communities.
• Help sign up new FLOWER CO. members and build brand recognition.
• Attend and assist sponsored campus and community events
• Post and distribute promotional materials
• Engage in personal outreach and canvassing.

WHO YOU ARE

• 21+ years of age
• Current Undergraduate with a Major in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related program.
• Passion for- and knowledge of- cannabis and the cannabis industry.
• Social and outgoing (you'll be meeting and engaging lots of people, all of the time).
• Knowledge of UCSD or SDSU campus and community
• Social Media, Marketing, or Sales experience is extremely favorable.
• Fast learner with a can-do attitude
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable
• Cannabis business enthusiasts encouraged!
