FLOWER CO. is growing our Brand Ambassador Team to help us with our On-Premise business… Spreading the word about FLOWER CO. in the most smokin' areas of Los Angeles. By combining finely honed communication skills with infectious enthusiasm, FLOWER CO. Ambassadors operate as true face of the FLOWER Co. brand. They're outgoing, funny, relatable, and easy to have a conversation with.

Brand Ambassadors are the living, breathing embodiment of the FLOWER CO. way of life. They are passionate about sharing cannabis and brand knowledge, identifying new opportunities to drive trial and consumption, and they build and maintain FLOWER CO.'s image in the Los Angeles cannabis scene.

As a FLOWER CO. Ambassador, you'll first gain a deep understanding of our business model, the use that knowledge to rescue Californians from overpaying for weed!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Befriend local community members and share the FLOWER CO. mission

• Identify hot spots within LA where cannabis users congregate

• Represent the FLOWER CO. brand well by treating everybody with equal levels of interest and respect

• Master all things On-Premise by staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge, trends, and new opportunities

• Identify appropriate initiatives for your territory and diligently track, analyze, and report on performance and areas of growth and opportunity

WHO YOU ARE

• 21 years of age older (or 18+ with a medical card)
• Great social skills (this job requires a ton of face-to-face communication with strangers)
• Have a deep cannabis knowledge base
• Have an innate drive to step up and take ownership
• Ability to act autonomously and pro-actively
• Have a source of transportation
