FLOWER CO has an immediate need for a Delivery Ambassador based out of Los Angeles who will be responsible for delivering products to our customers in California, while providing top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate will have customer-service experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment. This role will require you to wear many hats and requires comfort with the legal cannabis market. This position reports to the Customer Success Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Help foster positive customer relationships via a friendly and upbeat manner
• Work with customers to help resolve their concerns and issues with utmost urgency and professionalism
• Be knowledgeable about our products
• Relate all relevant feedback from Retailers to support team for improvements to efficiencies and customer experience
• Support daily loading of all orders for delivery on your route
• Communicate with Logistics team to ensure customer's deliveries are seamless
• Take care of products during transit to ensure zero damage and remain compliant
• Get all required paperwork signed off on by the Customer during deliveries
• Collecting and following cash management SOP.
• Scanning and uploading documents after every stop
• Assist in unloading returned products at the warehouse
• Ensure that vehicle is empty and secure when done
• Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• At least 3 years of customer service, sales or account management experience.
• Last mile fulfillment and delivery experience +++
• Exceptional communication and customer relations skills
• Outstanding problem solving and time management abilities
• Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must clear a background check and agree to frequent checks being run throughout employment.
• Must be an adept driver and always abide by all traffic rules
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Professional appearance
• Good attendance & positive attitude
• Ability to work different hours depending on needs of company
• Able to work independently and/or in perfect coordination with co-workers
• Able to pass regular drug tests

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma
• Ideally 1+ years of experience in cannabis operations, with delivery in particular
• License or certification: CA Driver's License and Clean Driving Required (Required)
