FLX Bike has an immediate opening on their Rider Support team!

As a Customer Service Rep using Zendesk, you will join a small but mighty team and contribute to the success of products that change lives. Flexible hours required - this is a Full Time, 40 per week position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Go above and beyond to wow the customer!
• Communicate clearly
• Manage incoming calls
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customer needs
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Night and Weekend Availability is Important
• Zendesk Experience is a huge PLUS!
