Responsibilities:
As an essential member of the Human Resources (HR) Product Team, you will partner with the functional areas of HR to provide guidance, expertise and technical direction in support of all HR systems globally. The responsibilities of this role include the following:
- Focus on the development and delivery of HR products and expanding our HR technology capabilities
- Lead team efforts to define, design, develop, configure, test, and maintain HR solutions that align with the company’s vision and strategic plans
- Routinely support new initiatives in collaboration with functional areas
- Provide technical expertise, conduct research, and make technical recommendations within the scope of subject matter expertise
- Identify best practices and recommend solutions, seeking manager input as appropriate
- Use standard procedures and apply fundamental HR development theories, principles, and concepts
Qualifications:
- Education – Bachelor’s Degree (advanced degree desired) or equivalent work experience
- Experience – 7+ years of HRIS or equivalent work experience
- In-depth knowledge of Workday is highly desirable
- Broad knowledge of HR functions (Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, etc.) is preferred
- Advanced technical skills and positioned to cross-train other team members in some technical areas
- Ability to successfully facilitate customer workshops and/or meetings
- Analytical thinker, problem solver, change advocate, critical thinking skills
- Ability to conduct independent research and present in a clear and concise manner
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric, team player, with proven ability to multi-task
- Flexible and agile while still being able to complete timely deliverables
