We are looking for freelance/independent contractors to work with us as Field Service Technician's to provide remedial support, on occasion, for our customers in this area.

This is a perfect opportunity for Field Service Technician's looking to augment their work, business, or freelance income on an on-going permanent part-time basis. Some weekday scheduling availability is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair desktops and notebooks
• Repair point-of-sale and security systems
• Repair Lexmark, HP, Epson, Brother printers and scanners
• IMACs (Install displays, workstations, kiosks, point-of-sale, security, sensors, etc.)
• Hardware installation including mounting large displays and audio/video equipment
• Basic cabling of VoIP devices, Wi-Fi access points and switches
• Troubleshooting various other IT issues with the help of our highly knowledgeable remote team

Technology Requirements

• Lenovo, HP, or Dell workstation service authorized would be a benefit
• Lexmark or HP printer service authorized would be a benefit
• A+ certification
• Microsoft Windows 10 Desktop and migrations from Windows 7
• A basic field service toolkit is a must
