    _As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer, you will work closely with our business colleagues to develop analytic solutions, reports, and dashboards to provide business and operational insights leading to business growth and operational efficiencies in a dynamic environment. This role provides you an opportunity to translate business requirements into reports and dashboards with facts that tell the story and present the inferences, transforming data to knowledge.  _

    WE ARE UNABLE TO SPONSOR OR TRANSFER VISAS AT THIS TIME. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

    • Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions (dashboards and reports) to provide user-friendly and valuable data insights
    • Team up with product and analytics teams to capture business and data requirements
    • Collaborate with both internal and external users to create metric sets in BI applications
    • Lead projects from inception to completion
    • Participate in scrum and sprint reviews, as well as data team planning and grooming sessions
    • Provide data analysis and insight into patterns that translates into value for business partners
    • Identify and evaluate new technologies and best practices

    THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (e.g., computer science, statistics, business information systems) required; years of work experience may be substituted
    • 5+ years of experience as a developer in the Analytics and Reporting domain
    • 3+ years of experience with BI tools such as Tableau, SiSense, Qlik, Power BI, Exago, etc.
    • Understanding of analytics best practices, including reporting, SQL, data modeling, data management, file management, reference data management, etc.
    • Experience with multi-dimensional data models and querying complex data structures using SQL
    • Proven ability to work directly with business users in a consultative mode to gather requirements and ensure successful timely delivery of solutions
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral - comfortable recommending and presenting solutions to senior managers
    • Worked in an Agile development environment (Scrum/Kanban)

    • Experience with RedShift, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.
    • Experience with R and/or Python
