    Summary:

    The Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for providing a variety of administrative and clerical support, with a focus on supporting Sr management with daily office tasks, managing vendor relationships, and supporting other stakeholders.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    · Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.

    · Manages and Maintains CRM.

    · Assists with the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and ad hoc reports.

    · Liaisons for vendor partners.

    · Assists with managing vendor and agent contracts.

    · Manage agent licensing.

    · Assists with travel and event planning.

    · Liaisons with IT vendor and assist staff with IT issues.

    · Maintains computer hardware inventory.

    · Answer and direct phone calls.

    · Serves as a backup for policyholder services to include entering payments, issuing certificates, covering the phone and emails, and other items as requested.

    · Serves as the liaison for the policyholder services software vendor to include meeting regularly with the vendor to discuss open issues, assisting users with issues by managing open tickets, responsible for upgrades, QA testing, and user functionality and other items as requested.

    · Other duties as assigned.

    Education/Experience

    High school diploma or equivalent, required. 3-5 years of administrative support, required.

    Required Skills/Abilities

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong customer service skills

    Computer Skills: strong Microsoft business suite knowledge to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. knowledge of Business Objects, Power BI or other report writing tools a plus.

    Strong math skills as well as understanding the application of financial formulas.

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    Dependable and Punctual

    Ability to multi-task and manage workflows in a timely and efficient manner.
