Exceptional productivity monthly incentive bonus!  Walk into an established patient panel. Support patients with preventative and chronic care management.  Perform assessments and treatments, including physician examinations, administering medications as prescribed and offering coaching and education.  Outpatient clinic (Monday - Friday, NO weekends), NO call.  Athena EMR.

Requirements:

• Board Certified
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• SC license, or eligible
