About the Position:
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a growing clinic network in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area. The exact clinic location is still being finalized, as several new sites are currently in development to expand access to care across the region.

This organization is part of a mission-driven healthcare system dedicated to serving underserved and diverse communities through comprehensive, patient-centered care. Their model emphasizes accessibility, prevention, and integrated services, ensuring patients receive coordinated care for both physical and behavioral health needs.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active Louisiana NP license

Clinical Focus:

• Management of chronic conditions such as Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease
• Respiratory care, including Asthma and COPD
• Integrated Behavioral Health services
• Preventive care, including Immunizations and Cancer Screenings
• Same-day appointments for acute illnesses
