Required:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3 plus years of Sage Intacct experience

3 plus years of experience in each of the following:

• Month End Close
• Year End Close
• Maintaining financial records, including AP, AR, and GL entries.

Preferred:

• Know how to handle aged invoices.
• When you notice an inefficiency in a process and know how to rectify

Overview:

• Required skills and experience:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Assist in the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries and financial statements.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Assist in the year-end closing, audit, and tax filings.
• Compile necessary documentation and explanations for audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with the Finance team on process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Willing to take on new responsibilities and tasks as the Company grows and evolves.

What you need to know:

• 3+ years of Sage Intacct experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Progress towards CPA is a plus.
• 5 plus years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a start-up or technology environment
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take on new challenges.
