Had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months.
Vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn.
Any of the following licenses/certifications:
Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
Valid American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
Valid American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) license/certification in Tennessee (TN)
Master's degree or higher

Overview:
Seeking temporary physical therapist for orientation and coverage for maternity leave.
***$1000 sign-on bonus! (500 after the first day and 500 after the first 3 weeks of work).
A 40-hour-a-week PTA supports the role.
The site has a high case volume for rehab of work-related injuries and deconditioned status employees.
Establish a plan and treatments for work hardening/work conditioning candidates; refer to PTA once a certain MET level is reached.
Review notes and HEPs from PTA.
Complete onsite treadmill fitness assessments to calculate METs to support the client's occupational cardiac health/safety of completing essential job functions policy.
Required:
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a PT.
Licensed as a Physical Therapist in TN. Current certification in AHA or ARC BLS for healthcare providers is required.
Job Description:
Work with other Health Center staff members, including NPs, nurses, dietitians, wellness coaches, and community providers, to promote health and wellness to onsite employees.
Practice according to APTA professional standards, recognizing the importance of current physical therapy research, critical clinical reasoning, and the patient’s values when evaluating, assessing, and developing a treatment plan for each unique patient.
Continuity of care and patient-centeredness are hallmarks of the Premise Health mission. As such, our PTs are expected to demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication by participating in meetings and patient care meetings through their documentation and reporting to onsite and community referral sources.
Onsite PTs may work closely with our client’s stakeholders to promote employee safety in the workplace.
As needed, present injury prevention and health promotion presentations, workshops, and other programming for the onsite employees.
