    Qualifications:

    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher
    • 2 plus years of Medical Sales experience
    • Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
    • Comfortable with the 2-hour driving radius.

     

    Preferred:

    • 2 plus years of experience in ALL of the following:
      • Home Infusion
      • Specialty Pharmacy
    • 1 plus years of experience in ANY of the following:
      • Chemotherapy Pharmacy
      • Long-Term Care (LTC) Pharmacy
      • Retail Pharmacy

     

    Overview:

    Our client is seeking a Specialty Account Manager for the Boston, MA territory. The role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, developing business plans, and meeting sales revenue goals. The ideal candidate must have medical sales experience, be able to handle customer complaints and maintain high professional standards.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Senior Management to improve efficiency, product knowledge, and selling skills.
    • Formulate a business plan to achieve and exceed forecasted annual sales revenue goals.
    • Actively prospect referrals from present and prospective customers
    • Handle customer complaints in accordance with Company policies.
    • Develop territory plans to obtain optimal efficiency in servicing customer needs.
    • Educate referral sources on all Company's services relating to customer needs and benefits.
    • Create competitive strategies and routing based on market trends.
    • Comply with all Company policies, instructions, and directives for the fulfillment of company objectives.
    • Complete and submit all required reports and administrative duties promptly.
    • Maintain current files and other records in accordance with Company instructions and requirements.
    • Meet established Company standards for selling skills, product knowledge, account and territory penetration, professional appearance and conduct, and keeping expenses within the Company sales budget.
    • Assist management in special assignments such as market tests, surveys, developing budgets, and territory analysis.
    • Provide high-quality services to the home-care patient and the home-care referral source.
    • Attend and participate in conventions, trade shows, and in-services relating to IV therapy.
    • Represent the Company in an ethical, professional manner.
    • Maintain effective working relationships and cooperate with all personnel in the Company.
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

     

    Schedule and Shift Details:

    • Standard business hours with travel within a 2-hour driving radius.
