Ability to independently resolve problems through advanced system analysis and troubleshooting procedures and w/o a pre-determined course of action Required 3 Years

Ability to proactively establish a positive relationship by demonstrating a sense of urgency in interactions with clients Required 3 Years

Experience supporting users in a Microsoft Windows environment Required 3 Years

A/V troubleshooting Required 3 Years

Experience installing computer equipment in an office environment, maintaining printers and scanners Required 3 Years

Experience imaging PCs Required 3 Years
