ASET is currently looking for a Desktop Support Technician The State of Arizona strives for a work culture that affords employees flexibility, autonomy, and trust. Across our many agencies, boards, commissions, many State employees participate in the State’s Remote Work Program and are able to work remotely in their homes, in offices, and in hoteling spaces. All work, including remote work, should be performed within Arizona, unless an exception is properly authorized in advance.

    Skills Required Knowledge of: Infrastructure technologies and in-house developed applications utilized in the enterprise Skilled in: Strong customer service Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication Intermediate troubleshooting and conflict resolution Ability to: Balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks Work collaboratively in teams and across organizations Synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly Build strong relationships inside and outside the organization

    Skills Preferred Desktop support skill, troubleshooting, great custome service skils, knowledge of imaging, knowledge of SCCM, Tanium, Microsoft Office software, knowledge in Google applications. Networking

    Experience Required 5 year experience in as a desktop support tech, network

    Experience Preferred

    Education Required Assocoates degree plus 5 or more years experience in desktop support (or equivalent experience).

    Additional Information Background and reference check, including a state and federal criminal records check Requires possession of and the ability to retain a current, valid state-issued driver’s license appropriate to assignment.
