This position is up to 14 months contract to start with the extension. The client is located in Phoenix, AZ
W2 only.

Position Description The Senior Salesforce Developer will work with our existing internal product management team and existing development staff to develop, enhance and streamline our Salesforce systems. This position works with minimal supervision and exercises independent judgment within well-defined parameters. This position is responsible for developing and customizing all technical aspects of Salesforce and will collaborate with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to determine requirements and translate them into business needs in order to design, configure, test and deploy effective tools within Salesforce Service cloud environment. This position supports the Department Of Economic Security (DES) Division of Aging And Adult Services (DAAS) Refugee Resettlement Program (RRP) In Addition will participate in the review of the source code, participate in Agile ceremonies such as: daily scrum meetings, planning, retrospection, etc. Provide input and clarifications to other developers during development of deliverables and when applicable, provide access to appropriate staff to clarify requirements. Attend JAD and JTD sessions as necessary.
Skills Required - Salesforce Service Cloud Administration. - Visualforce and Apex Development Lightning framework. - Object oriented development Data Modeling, management and security AGILE Development. - Experience in all phases of the SDLC including analysis, design, coding, unit testing, integration, maintenance, and Quality assurance / performance testing. -Strong customer service skills. - Salesforce Marketing Cloud / MuleSoft Experience Preferred

Experience Required - 10 years IT experience of which 6 years within Salesforce as a developer. -Working knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Agile and test driven development. - Development experience using Responsive Web Design. - Considerable working knowledge of Salesforce governor limits. - Considerable working knowledge of integrating Salesforce applications with other systems. - Strong knowledge in Salesforce Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, SOQL statements, Salesforce development best practices and building Salesforce Communities. -Multi-platform development languages and databases. -Experience in specifying system performance requirements, network utilization targets, system resource budgets and creating flexible APIs (Application Programming Interfaces).
