Desktop support Required 5 Years

PC specifications and purchasing Required 5 Years

Desktop imaging and installation of applications Required 5 Years

Experience supporting IT for employees of the State of NC Desired 1 Years

Microsoft certifications Highly desired 3 Years

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Required 5 Years

Experience supporting A/V equipment Highly desired 2 Years

Excellent background support end users in a M365 environment with specific emphasis on Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint Required 5 Years
