    This position is 12 months, with the option of extension, and is in Augusta, Maine.

    Internal and External Document Development: Confirm all contributors are defined in the requested document IT Policy, all cross references noted and retained within the digital collaboration platform (SharePoint) Following our rigor of version control and workflow, flag missing references involving IT Policy (Standard Call outs including NIST references which may be missing)

    Complete regular reviews and document successive checks with Director of A&P, Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect prior to MaineIT A&P formal sign off. (Tracking all items in SharePoint, managing comments within documents stored within SharePoint, Managing messaging within the Microsoft Email TEAMS site)

    Communicate and report all findings by email to key SME's and A&P team. (Email and Excel)
