This position is for 12 months, with the option of extension, and the client is located in Raleigh, NC.

Experience using remote control software to provide desktop support Required 3 Years

Experience organizing and following complex and/or detailed technical procedures to provide desktop computing hardware and software installation. Required 3 Years

Experience with microcomputers, local/networked printers, Microsoft operating systems, MS Office and MS Exchange, Netware, Active Directory Required 3 Years

Experience integrating knowledge and skills from a range of technologies to address work assignments. Required 3 Years

Experience independently resolving routine and non-routine problems, solve problems and perform diagnostics on software and/or hardware. Required 3 Years

. Microsoft MCSE and A+ Certification Highly desired

LAN Desk experience and Ghost experience Highly desired
