Chick’n Out is looking for energetic, reliable, and adaptable team members who can thrive in both Front of House and Back of House. This is a flex role designed for people who love learning, enjoy variety, and want to be cross‑trained across the entire restaurant.
If you’re the type who can jump on register during a rush, then slide into the kitchen to help with fries, tenders, or prep — you’ll fit right in.
A hybrid position where you’ll rotate between:
FOH: cashier, expo, runner, guest experience
BOH: fry station, sandwich builds, prep, dish, cleaning
You’ll become one of the most valuable people in the building — the person who can plug into any spot and keep the team moving.
Front of House
Greet guests with energy and positivity
Take orders accurately using Toast POS
Run food and maintain dining room cleanliness
Expo orders with speed and attention to detail
Deliver exceptional hospitality and problem‑solve guest needs
Back of House
Operate fryers safely and consistently
Build sandwiches to Chick’n Out spec
Prep produce, sauces, and daily ingredients
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Assist with dishes and closing duties
Required Skills & Qualities
Strong communication and teamwork
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Willingness to learn both FOH and BOH systems
Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
Ability to follow recipes, builds, and SOPs
Comfort working around heat, fryers, and kitchen equipment
Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and stand for extended periods
