    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a reliable and hard-working FOH/BOH Support Staff Member to join our team and contribute to a clean, welcoming, and efficient dining environment. This role plays a key part in supporting both the front and back of house, helping ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Clear and reset tables promptly, ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and properly set for the next guest

    Remove dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables and service areas and transport them to the dishwashing station

    Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently to clean dishes, utensils, and kitchenware

    Run food from the kitchen to guest tables in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring correct orders are delivered with care

    Restock clean dishes, utensils, napkins, and other supplies to maintain efficient service throughout the shift

    Refill service stations, condiment areas, and beverage stations as needed

    Maintain a clean and presentable physical appearance in accordance with company standards

    Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained at all times, including floors, counters, and high-touch surfaces

    Clean and maintain windows, glass doors, and other guest-facing areas regularly

    Remove trash, maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dish areas, and assist with closing duties

    Support team members in all areas as needed, including basic food prep and restocking

    Follow all health, sanitation, and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

    Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall operations

    Requirements:

    Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

    Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality service

    Willingness to assist across departments and support the team wherever needed

    Professional appearance and commitment to personal hygiene and cleanliness

    Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

    Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physically demanding tasks

    Additional Requirement:

    Must obtain a Food Handler or Food Safety Certification within 90 days of the start of employment (probation period);Employees who pass the exam and provide proof of certification will be reimbursed for the cost of the exam

    Compensation

    Starting Hourly rate + Tips (estimated average in tips $150-$600 per pay period)
