Job Description: The FOH Manager is responsible for managing activities that are part of the service of our guests. Their direct responsibilities include managing both the operations process, embracing design, planning, events, performance improvement, and hospitality strategy. Report to the FOH Director.

Design daily operational programs that produce organizational objectives
Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources

Responsibilities of the Front of House Manager include:
Operationally driven
Execute strategies and special projects alongside the Hospitality Director
Support and provide guidance for Supervisors on shift
Maintain positive and professional working relationships with all team members
Remain focused and organized in your area of operation
