    About the Role:

    Join the Project BBQ team as a Front of House (FOH) Service Associate and be the face of our vibrant BBQ yard experience! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who love interacting with customers and delivering exceptional service in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas.

    We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, high-energy, and loud environment. This role includes taking and delivering orders, preparing beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests at all times.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Greet guests upon entrance with a positive, friendly attitude

    Take, process, and execute food and drink orders accurately

    Handle payment transactions using Square POS (player’s card comps, room charges, and credit cards)

    Deliver food and make beverages for guests at Project BBQ and in the Circa Sportsbook

    Serve guests efficiently, check back for satisfaction, and address any issues promptly with management team

    Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and restaurant

    Assist in food presentation and ensure food safety standards are met.

    Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience and encourage repeat visits.

    Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service times.

    Promote menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities.

    Maintain a clean and organized workspace by:

    Wiping down tables, chairs, bar area, drink area and anything tangible

    Picking up debris from the floor

    Emptying trash cans and cleaning inside and around them

    Restock supplies including utensils, napkins, drinks, to-go boxes, and receipt paper, etc

    Answer incoming phone calls, check voicemails, and take messages when needed

    Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the entire shift (tables, floors, equipment)

    Be self-motivated and take initiative without constant supervision

    Suggestively sell and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience

    Engage with guests in a lively, upbeat manner to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere

    Respond knowledgeably to guest questions and inquiries

    Demonstrate teamwork by assisting co-workers and management when needed

    Requirements

    MUST HAVE COMMON SENSE

    Must be self-motivated

    Minimum of 3 YEAR of experience in a restaurant, fast food, or hospitality setting

    Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math for order processing and payment handling

    Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, guest-first attitude

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, loud environment with high foot traffic

    Ability to stay focused and use good judgment while managing multiple tasks at once

    Must have full mobility for the duration of the shift (standing, walking, lifting 50 pounds+)

    Passion for hospitality — must enjoy engaging with guests and making them feel welcome, relaxed, and value

    Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

    Food Handler's Permit

    Must have ServSafe certification

    Must be 21 years +
