As a key supervisor you will be enrolled in the LLC training program and asked to complete your Level Advancement consistently. You will need to successfully demonstrate all required training associated with Management training (LCC) and participate in ongoing development as outlined by the training department.
Responsibilities
Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.
Leads preshift on a shift-by-shift basis.
Build a culture with our common goal in mind. “To provide every guest with an unforgettable dining experience through unmatched hospitality and the highest quality food and beverages.”
Enforces TABC regulations.
Ensures product, restaurant and staffing presentation meet company standards
Assist in scheduling and meeting staffing pars.
Assist management team in creating incentive programs, testing and training.
Manages restaurant organization, cleanliness and sanitation.
Communicates with other managers daily through management log.
Completes all other assigned duties and responsibilities.
Creates server sections and job assignments based on performance of team members.
Constantly develops team members, including informal shift reviews and participates in daily one on one’s.
Communicates, enforces, and follows company policies, practices and procedures.
Maintains and protects company assets.
Complies with the local, state and federal laws, regulations and guidelines.
Follows all cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
Able to multi-task
Ability to stand for long period so time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
Customer service focused and solution oriented
Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
Food handler's card may be required according to local and or state regulations
