At Xica, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality in a fun, fast-paced environment. We start everyone at the host stand — your launchpad to fast track into a server position. Starting at the host position is required; if you’re not willing to start there, please don’t apply.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 2 years recent experience in a mid- to high-level restaurant preferred but not required Passion for great service and teamwork Positive attitude and readiness to learn and grow Ability to thrive in a busy, guest-focused environment Availability to work 5 shifts per week, including weekends and Mondays Flexibility to work some lunch and dinner shifts Ability to safely carry up to 30 lbs, as we move tables, chairs, and supplies regularly No worries if you don’t check every box; we’re excited to train the right candidates with the drive and heart to succeed.

Compensation: Our pay complies with San Francisco minimum wage of $19.61 per hour plus tips.
