•Duties and Responsibilities: Update, track and manage drivers and freight daily

•Work with drivers to maintain safety and production as well as retention

•Communicate and work along with drivers and Fonfara Employees to ensure all business is completed to Fonfara’s high standards

•Evaluate driver performance and assist them in improving their performance
