RESPONSIBILITIES

•The HOS Safety Compliance Coordinator works closely with over-the-road drivers to ensure Hours of Service (HOS) are compliant, and familiarizing drivers with various safety functions of their job

•Monitoring compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations through daily audits

•Making authorized corrections to e-logs as necessary

•Addressing drivers in violation of HOS regulations

•Investigating accidents, safety events and citations

•Maintaining roadside inspection documentation for each driver/vehicle

•Driver performance reviews

• Monitoring compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations through daily audits • Making authorized corrections to e-logs as necessary • Addressing drivers in violation of HOS regulations • Investigating accidents, safety events and citations • Maintaining roadside inspection documentation for each driver/vehicle • Driver performance reviews HOS Safety Compliance Coordinator Qualifications • High school diploma or GED equivalent required • High degree of initiative and independent execution • Extremely organized and attentive to detail • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing • Ability to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls • Proficient and accurate data entry • This job is NOT remote
