Digital Media Coordinator @ Organic Fertilizer Start-up Company in Bet
Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, full-time, on-site employee to coordinate the ongoing development of the company’s digital media properties including website, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube pages, Google listings, and Amazon listings.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate all website upgrades with vendors
Make small adjustments to website as needed
Schedule and coordinate website promotions
Coordinate direct email campaigns
Upload videos to YouTube and write captions
Post to Instagram and Facebook on a daily basis
Reply to social media comments and questions / like posts we’re tagged in
Recruit and manage brand ambassadors
Review and periodically update Amazon listings
Solicit and monitor reviews on Google and Amazon
Generate website and social media metrics reports and evaluate reach and engagement
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
The successful candidate will also be punctual, fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English and have excellent written, communication and organizational skills.
Must be a team player, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment as well as have an energetic, upbeat, and positive work attitude.
COMPENSATION:
$50,000 per annum – eligible for raise in 6 months
OTHER INFORMATION:
This full-time position is based in Bethesda, Maryland, and cannot be performed remotely. Work attire is casual. Benefits include access to company healthcare plan, paid time off, 401(k) and employee stock option plan.
