    Job Description

    The Customer Acquisition Associate will help coordinate and manage opportunities that arrive to FORWARD through existing customers, referrals, our website, conferences, or other networking events. They will also have an opportunity to support the ongoing relationship management of our existing customer base as well as support other opportunity sources that may be identified in the future. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thinks strategically about product use cases, anticipates customer needs, and wants to grow professionally with an amazing team of colleagues. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

    Support the Senior Manager of Inbound and Expansion, identify, track, and respond to new opportunities:

    • Use Salesforce to organize all prospective customer-related tasks
    • Track and organize inbound and expansion opportunities through their entire lifecycle: prospecting, qualifying, developing, and negotiating contracts to close
    • Support the team to ensure positive customer / prospective-customer experiences:
      • Schedule initial conversations and demos and track early-stage leads
      • Draft pitch decks and demos to specific prospect needs
      • Write briefings for meetings with potential customers
      • Attend meetings and take detailed notes, track key deliverables and action items
      • Supports proposal process: set up opportunity in Salesforce and create project folders
      • Work closely with the Managers/Senior Manager to ensure all prospect information is reflected accurately in proposals
      • Support contracting process as needed
      • Assist with customer fulfillment as needed
    • Support conference and site visit planning, including:
      • Coordinating on-site meetings, planning networking or social events, and booking hotel or other accommodations for team members
      • Supporting Manager and Senior Manager with post visit follow-up items
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Highly organized and able to manage and track multiple details
    • Driven to grow within a Growth / Sales environment
    • Able to craft and deliver professional client-facing communications
    • Process, Solution, and Results-oriented
    • Undaunted by ambiguity within a high growth environment
    •  Ability to take the initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
    • Familiarity with Google Workplace tools, including Sheets and Slides
    • Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize workload
    • Public sector experience is a plus
    • Eager to be part of a team that puts a premium on assuming the best intentions and giving one another grace

    Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
