    Senior IT Recruiter- Agency

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior IT Recruiter with a proven track record of success and an existing client base to join our dynamic team. As an IT leader, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for our clients. Additionally, you will leverage your existing network and relationships to bring in new business opportunities and expand our client base.

    **Initially, this role will include a base salary but mainly be commission based. You will have the opportunity to grown within the organization and build your own team. 

     

    Responsibilities:

    1. Talent Acquisition:
      • Utilize your expertise to identify and engage with high-quality IT professionals across various domains and levels, including but not limited to software developers, engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity specialists, project managers, and more.
      • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for both the candidates and our clients.
      • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
    2. Business Development:
      • Leverage your existing client base and network to generate new business opportunities and expand our network.
      • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to understand their staffing needs and provide top-notch recruitment solutions.
      • Identify potential areas for business growth and actively pursue new business ventures.
    3. Recruitment Strategy:
      • Develop and execute innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
      • Utilize various sourcing channels, such as social media, job boards, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and connect with top IT talent.
      • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to remain competitive in the recruitment landscape.
    4. Collaborative Teamwork:
      • Collaborate with other recruiters, account managers, and leadership to ensure seamless recruitment and client servicing processes.
      • Share market insights, industry knowledge, and best practices with the team to collectively enhance recruitment efforts and business growth.

             5. Client Relationship Management:

      • Foster strong and lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and delivering top-quality candidates.
      • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their staffing needs, address concerns, and provide updates on recruitment progress.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an IT recruitment leader with a strong track record of successful placements and client acquisitions.
    • An established client base with a network of IT hiring managers and decision-makers.
    • In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
    • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • 6 years of staffing agency experience
