    Foxlink Arizona Inc. is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Quality Manager to join Phoenix, AZ team.

    SUMMARY

Foxlink is extending its business and launching a manufacturing factory here in Phoenix, Arizona. This factory will be assembling car electrical chargers, battery cell storage devices and board spectrum sheet metal products. Foxlink Group has 31,000 employees worldwide and growing.     Your Roll:

    The Safety and Health Specialist will ensure the safety of all employees and promote a safe and healthy work environment, and provide advice and recommendations for safety improvements.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Conducting safety training programs

    · Identifying and mitigating potential hazards

    · Creating safety initiatives for the company

    · Investigating accidents, preparing reports and recommending solutions that prevent re-occurrence

    · Creating and executing health and safety plans

    · Preparing and enforcing workplace safety policies and protocols

    · Verifying that a workplace is run in accordance with OSHA safety requirements

    · Inspecting machinery used in the workplace in a bid to finding out possible unsafe conditions

    · Working hand-in-hand with company medical services unit to provide and organize emergency services for injured and/or sick staff

    · Establishing target areas and long term accident prevention and cost-control goals

    Qualifications:

    · Requires high school Diploma (or equivalent), plus vocational, career or related studies

    · Two to five years specialized experience in Industrial hygiene Fundamentals, OSHA regulations and first aid

    · OHSA 30 General Industry preferred

    · Critical thinking skills

    · Capable of working independently with limited supervision

    · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

    · Attention to detail

    · Your CAN DO attitude

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From $60,000.00- 65,000.00 per year
