Foxlink Arizona Inc. is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Project Manager to join Phoenix, AZ team.
SUMMARY
Foxlink Group is a multinational company. It headquarters is based in Taiwan with manufacturing factories in around the Asian countries. Foxlink is extending its business and launching a manufacturing factory here in Phoenix, Arizona. This factory will be assembling car electrical chargers, battery cell storage devices and board spectrum sheet metal products. Foxlink Group has 31,000 employees worldwide and growing. We are dedicated to being a trusted supplier in the manufacturing industry.
Foxlink Arizona Inc. is located on 2140 W Pinnacle Peak Rd., Phoenix Arizona 85027.

As a Project Manager - Manufacturing (OSM) your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Work closely with executive team and interact with Supply Chain Managers, Production Managers and Quality Managers to meet overall project objectives and requirements including safety, cost, and schedule targets.
Define Project Scope and develop Project Execution Strategies and Plan.
Develop technical bidding package and participate Supplier and provide recommendations in decision making process.
Lead value proposition including procurement, finance and estimating teams to determine feasibility and Return of Investment (ROI), modules, building to maximize ROI and limit risk to the programs.
Drive the applicable best practice from other projects and industry, collect lessons learned after project completion.
Work as client Project Manager and lead capacity expansion project.
Single point of contact from client for engineering and vendor(s).
Provide guidance to Vendor for project execution.
Able to lead vendor and execute the new expansion project.
Project Management including Scheduling, Tracking entire project
Able to Manage the vendor and meet the deadline
Evaluate and determine best methods to maintain good customer relations, including investigation and resolution of client/employee problems and issues.
Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with client contacts, support operations, field employees/managers, and the Executive Management Team.
Manage and monitor operating metrics while diagnosing and improving procedures to improve operational efficiency and increase customer service performance.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
The candidate must have of the following:
Bachelor's degree of Business or related field with the following 4 years of experience
4+ years of experience in project management for a manufacturing plant.
Projecting and ordering material needs in advance
Effectively communicate with the production team and create clear easy to read work orders to provide to the field staff
Responsible for quality work and efficiency
Understand, track, and report daily and weekly progress
Experience in Oracle

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
