    Full Job Description: Provides IT support to staff, perform routine network operations tasks, and work on various IT related projects.

    Responsibilities:

    · Proven experience in implementing and supporting network Operating Systems (OS) software systems, business software application maintenance, and related products.

    · Integrate servers, including database, e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated software into enterprise systems.

    · Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

    · Provide support to office personnel for all hardware and software related issues, including desktop/laptop support, Windows/Mac operating systems, monitors, printers, wired/wireless networks, network attached storage, video conference systems, etc.

    · Ensure network availability by monitoring servers, switches, routers, and firewalls

    · Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.

    · Prepare new computers per company image specifications along with employee-specific permissions

    · Make recommendations for new hardware and software as related to on-site requirements.

    · Other tasks and assignments at the direction of management

    Work Experience/Skills Requirement:

    · Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or IT field or any related degree

    · Prefer three (3) years professional experience in a Microsoft Windows Server network environment including AD, DNS, and DHCP.

    · Must have experience with virtualization technologies such VMWare ESXi hypervisor, VCSA or Microsoft Hyper-V.

    · Must possess understanding of LANs, WANs, Wireless Networks, TCP/IP, and Microsoft Networking.

    · Experience with IBM/HCL Notes environment is a strong plus.

    · Experience configuring switches, routers, and other network devices is a strong plus.

    · Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision and have a strong sense of organization, critical thinking/troubleshooting skills, time management and the ability to research and learn new technologies.

    · Experience with structured data cabling and AV systems is preferred.

    · Ability to lift or move various computers and related equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

    · frequent/occasional bending, stooping, pushing/carrying of equipment.

    · Must hold a valid driver's license and have dependable personal transportation (occasional travel to remote offices in the Phoenix Metro may be required.)

    · CompTIA, Microsoft, and Cisco certifications are preferred.
