    Foxlink Arizona Inc. is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Process Engineer to join Phoenix, AZ team.

    SUMMARY

    Foxlink Group is a multinational company. It headquarters is based in Taiwan with manufacturing factories in around the Asian countries. Foxlink is extending its business and launching a manufacturing factory here in Phoenix, Arizona. This factory will be assembling car electrical chargers, battery cell storage devices and board spectrum sheet metal products. Foxlink Group has 31,000 employees worldwide and growing. We are dedicated to being a trusted supplier in the manufacturing industry.

    Job Duties

    Process Design and Development: Design and develop manufacturing processes for electronic components, devices, and systems, considering factors such as materials, equipment, assembly methods, and quality standards.

    Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

    Collaboration: Work closely with design engineers to ensure that the products can be manufactured using efficient and feasible processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and develop solutions.

    Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and guidelines. Ensure that processes are well-documented for repeatability and scalability.

    Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures and ensure that manufacturing processes meet quality standards and regulations. Identify and address potential quality issues early in the process.

    Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes, equipment malfunctions, and product defects. Implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.

    Equipment Selection: Recommend and select appropriate manufacturing equipment, tools, and technologies to achieve desired production outcomes.

    Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from manufacturing processes to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Use statistical methods to make informed decisions.

    Process Validation: Plan and execute process validation activities to ensure that manufacturing processes consistently produce products that meet specifications.

    Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronic engineering and manufacturing technologies. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing processes.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Solid understanding of electronic components, circuits, and manufacturing processes.
    • Knowledge of design tools, simulation software, and programming languages used in electronic engineering.
    • Proficiency in process optimization techniques and quality management principles.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Experience with CAD tools, statistical analysis software, and process simulation tools is a plus.
    • Previous experience in electronic production environments is desirable.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
