    Foxlink Arizona Inc. is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Quality Manager to join Phoenix, AZ team.

    SUMMARY

    Foxlink Group is a multinational company. It headquarters is based in Taiwan with manufacturing factories in around the Asian countries. Foxlink is extending its business and launching a manufacturing factory here in Phoenix, Arizona. This factory will be assembling car electrical chargers, battery cell storage devices and board spectrum sheet metal products. Foxlink Group has 31,000 employees worldwide and growing.     Your Role: As a Quality Manager, you will assist in the set-up of a brand-new facility in Phoenix, AZ. The Quality Manager will supervise and support quality control resources and related operations. This position will support robust quality-based systems to ensure our customer expectations are met and exceeded.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Be responsible for establishing the quality system, certification and the product safety certification in manufacturing factory

    2. Maintain the quality system

    3. Set up the quality team and train new employees

    4. Be responsible for the quality matters of factory

    5. Supervise employees to accomplish department goals and objective

    6. Lead team through day-to-day site operations and challenges, including prioritization and defect resolution

    7. Pro-actively review Operating Procedures, update test specifications, modify as needed in accordance with change management procedures

    8. Coach and facilitate systematic cause and effect problem solving to implement robust solutions for customer complaints and internal defects, including CAPA management.

    9. Manage quality trends and metrics to drive systematic process improvements and minimize the cost of poor quality.

    10. Perform tasks as required for Quality Management System (QMS), including compliance with ISO 9001:2015, KPI management, audit activities.

    11. Lead site startup relating to supplier quality audits, key quality factors for go-live acceptance, and ISO site compliance.

    Qualifications

    1.More than three years' working background in quality post.

    3.Have rich experience in Quality System and the product safety certification

    4.Demonstrated capabilities on quality management and team building

    1. Proven success in applying problem-solving and analytical skills to make an impact on the quality and/or operations

    2. Ability to understand technical details (mechanical design, controls) of products to troubleshoot and drive improvements

    3. Effective use of quality improvement tools, principles, and methodologies with critical attention to detail and investigation skills

    4. Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines, and successfully drive change

    5.Chinese (language) speaking will be preferred

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
