FP&A Manager
Location: Bethesda, MD (100% Onsite)
Compensation: $160K + Bonus

A publicly traded financial institution with a strong regional presence is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead core financial planning and analysis functions. This newly created position will be key in driving strategic decision-making by delivering insights, modeling financial performance, and managing budgeting and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning

• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions

• Partner with senior leadership to communicate financial insights

• Monitor financial KPIs, performance metrics, and regulatory impacts

• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience

• Prior experience in banking or financial services is strongly preferred

• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• CPA or CFA designation

• Experience with Empyrean or similar planning tools
