    Responsibilities

    • Financial Modeling & Reporting
    • Develop, implement, and maintain Excel and Workday Adaptive Planning models to deliver accurate and timely information.
    • Build dashboards and reports in Tableau and streamline workflows with Alteryx to enhance data analysis and automation.
    • Prepare monthly firm-wide and department-level reports; reconcile system data feeds and address discrepancies with Technology.
    • Analyze current and historical trends in key performance indicators.
    • Conduct variance analysis and provide updated projections to support business strategy.
    • Deliver actionable recommendations based on synthesized quantitative and qualitative findings.
    • Develop and maintain presentations for the CFO, Board of Directors, ratings agencies, and senior management.
    • Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate with colleagues across Finance, Technology, and business units to identify efficiencies and strengthen process controls.
    • Lead automation initiatives using Alteryx/Tableau to improve scalability, ensure data integrity, and reduce manual effort.
    • Support ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed.

    What We're Looking For

    • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business required.
    • Graduate degree, CPA, or CFA designation preferred.
    • 7 to 15 years of relevant financial experience, preferably in FP&A, equity research, strategy consulting, or related finance roles.
    • Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
    • Proven experience with T ableau (dashboarding/visualization) and Alteryx (data automation/workflows).
    • Familiarity with general ledger systems and business intelligence tools.
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to reconcile, manage, and interpret multiple data sets.
    • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Sound judgment, ability to work independently, and know when to escalate issues.
    • Collegial, collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
