    We are a global SaaS company in hyper growth mode with an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to provide specific and ongoing support employee relations, performance management, succession planning, compensation and organizational development.  In this CONTRACT TO HIRE role, you will report to the SVP of Human Resources.

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Provide consultative guidance 
    • Operations/planning initiatives
    • Manage on boarding and off boarding processes for employees                             
    • Assist employees with compensation, benefits and associated items
    • Partner with talent acquisition to carry out hiring strategy and ensure hiring goals are being met
    • Manage and resolve complex workplace and employee relations matters
    • Counsel and coach management and staff on performance management processes
    • Collaborate with other HR team members on projects and initiatives
    • Analyze trends and use metrics to propose and develop solutions and best practices.
    • Provide credible HR guidance to and influence management at all levels
    • Provide coaching and counseling all levels of staff on a wide variety of issues, and have a thorough understanding of performance management systems
    • Have sound knowledge of local and federal employment law.  Stay abreast of changes to local and federal employment laws.            
    • Have solid knowledge of OD concepts such as team effectiveness, change management, communication styles, facilitation, and leadership development.

     

    SKILLS DESIRED

    • Demonstrated business acumen and a working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines
    • 5-7 years of HR experience.  Start up experience/hypergrowth/hyper-pace experience
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to diagnose root causes
    • Ability to work in a time sensitive and confidential environment
    • Excellent communication skills (written, presentation, active listening, facilitation, negotiation)
    • Computer skills in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), HRIS (Jazz), 
    • SaaS, high tech, professional services/consulting experience
