Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, proactive, high-energy individual for our ARCHITECTURAL/CONTRACTOR REPRESENTATIVE position at Noble Company, a subsidiary of FPC International. The ideal candidate for this position will be motivated to assist on a variety of projects and tasks, possess superior communication skills, and will apply a can-do attitude. This is a fast-paced environment and the successful candidate will provide key sales support to a variety of projects and tasks.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Prospect and establish new clients while maintaining existing client relationships. Must ensure continued relationship management throughout construction process.

· Provide continuous customer education through product updates and communications. Training may include CEU’s, webinars, social media videos and support as well as other industry appropriate methods to present the features and benefits of Noble Company systems.

· Support architects, spec writers and general contractors with demonstrations, product training and benefits of Noble Company’s products in conjunction with internal staff and independent manufacturer’s reps.

· Visit prospective customer sites and identify possible applications for Noble Company’s products.

· Involvement with permits, participate in inspections and ensure that installation instructions and parameters are followed correctly.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

· A minimum of 5 years of architectural, project management, sales management, and/or general contracting experience. Preferable to have experience in the Tile and/or Plumbing Industries.

· Knowledge of building materials, specifications and construction techniques.

· Experience with building codes, zoning and generally knowledgeable in jurisdictional processes.

· Ability to analyze process and installation issues and provide resolution.

LOCATION:

· EASTERN UNITED STATES OR TEXAS. Must be willing to travel up to 50% and potentially accommodate unpredictable last minute travel needs.
