    JOB DESCRIPTION

    As a Fractional Sales Trainer, you'll play a pivotal role in coaching and guiding sales teams to excel in their performance and achieve remarkable results.
    You'll drive sales team excellence through FPG training programs. Your role involves coaching, strategizing, and collaborating with stakeholders to elevate sales performance and foster organizational growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the trajectory of sales success for the company and its teams.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Deliver customized sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of sales teams.
    • Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to sales professionals, focusing on improving their sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies.
    • Collaborate with company leadership to develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and tailor programs to address specific skill gaps or challenges within the sales organization.
    • Conduct regular evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
    • Act as a mentor and advisor to sales team members, offering support and guidance to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
    • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization, fostering a high-performance mindset and driving results.

    SKILLS & EXPERTISE

    • Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience as a training professional, demonstrating proven results in developing and delivering impactful learning programs.
    • Minimum of 3 years of progressive sales management experience, showcasing a demonstrable ability to consistently meet or exceed targets and produce tangible, quantifiable results.
    • Demonstrated skills in coaching, influencing, and motivating sales teams and leaders.
    • Working knowledge of technology platforms that support learning and development initiatives.
    • Ability to work independently, communicate proactively, manage multiple projects and prioritize daily tasks while managing critical deadlines.
    • High emotional intelligence with the ability to read social cues and adapt communication style accordingly.
    • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
