    JOB DESCRIPTION

    As a VP of Sales, you will closely with the executive team, contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company, and play a key role in shaping our future success.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and performance.
    • Execute sales training programs, providing oversight to the teams current nationally recognized sales trainers.
    • Identify and pursue new partnerships to expand our customer base and revenue streams.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
    • Stay informed about industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and tactics.
    • Prepare and present regular reports and updates as needed.

     

    SKILLS & EXPERTISE

    • Proven track record of success in sales. Required.
    • Minimum of ten years of sales leadership experience. Required.
    • Operates with a continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
    • Self-starter that takes the initiative to implement necessary changes.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
