    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with international micro-enterprises. Serve as the main contact point for clients, addressing inquiries and offering product support.
    • Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth through proactive sales efforts. Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client portfolios, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use insights to inform sales strategies and identify new business prospects.
    • Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, client interactions, and order status. Generate reports to track performance and provide actionable insights for sales optimization.
    • Communication: Participate in business strategy meetings, providing intelligent insights on daily experiences.
    • Close deals.

    SKILLS & EXPERTISE

    • Proven track record in sales. Required.
    • Reverse logistics experience. Preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
