    We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a New Home Sales Consultant. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in helping clients find their dream homes and guiding them through the entire sales process. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for real estate and excellent interpersonal skills.

    Our vision is to provide our active adult residents with a quality, maintenance-free lifestyle in a superb and convenient location. We are a Charlotte-based home building company, specializing in the 55 and up demographic, with 20 years of experience.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective homebuyers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
    2. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and lifestyle requirements.
    3. Showcase model homes and present available options, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property.
    4. Provide detailed information about floor plans, specifications, pricing, and available upgrades to assist clients in making informed decisions.
    5. Coordinate and conduct property tours, addressing any questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience for potential buyers.
    6. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, including pricing, terms, and contract details, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
    7. Collaborate with the construction team to provide updates and ensure timely delivery of homes, keeping clients informed throughout the building process.
    8. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments to effectively position our homes in the market.
    9. Participate in sales events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives to generate leads and promote our brand.
    10. Maintain accurate client records, sales documentation, and reports to facilitate smooth transactions and efficient follow-up.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven track record of success in sales. Required.
    2. Strong hunter mindset. Required.
    3. Valid driver’s license.Required.
    4. Able to follow a set sales process.Required.
    5. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage with diverse clientele.
    6. Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills to guide clients through the decision-making process.
    7. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    8. Proficient computer skills, including CRM software, MS Office, and online sales tools.
