    Our client is a leading homebuilder specializing in creating exceptional new home communities across Oregon.     We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Home Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about new home sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to build rapport with potential homebuyers. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in showcasing our client’s innovative designs and guiding prospective buyers through the home purchasing process.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Act as the primary point of contact for potential homebuyers, providing information about our communities, floor plans, and available options.
    • Conduct guided tours of model homes, highlighting key features and amenities to showcase the unique value of our properties.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the sales process.
    • Work closely with the construction team to provide updates on sales progress and ensure timely delivery of homes to buyers.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and satisfying homebuying experience for our clients.
    • Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
    • Networking with local realtors to establish key relationships that help grow business.
    • Close deals.

    SKILLS

    • Proven track record of success in sales. Required.
    • Valid driver’s license. Required.
    • Able to get licensed in real estate. Required.
    • Must be able to work weekends. Required.
    • Hunters mindset. Required.
