New Home Sales Consultant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a New Home Sales Consultant. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in helping clients find their dream homes and guiding them through the entire sales process. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for real estate and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective homebuyers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and lifestyle requirements.
- Showcase model homes and present available options, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property.
- Provide detailed information about floor plans, specifications, pricing, and available upgrades to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Coordinate and conduct property tours, addressing any questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience for potential buyers.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, including pricing, terms, and contract details, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the construction team to provide updates and ensure timely delivery of homes, keeping clients informed throughout the building process.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments to effectively position our homes in the market.
- Participate in sales events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives to generate leads and promote our brand.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales documentation, and reports to facilitate smooth transactions and efficient follow-up.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales. Required.
- Strong hunter mindset. Required.
- Valid driver’s license.Required.
- Able to follow a set sales process.Required.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage with diverse clientele.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills to guide clients through the decision-making process.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient computer skills, including CRM software, MS Office, and online sales tools.
