Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' high-volume, nationwide, virtual Recruiting experience, either in a Corporate or Staffing Agency environment; a combination of both is preferred, and with a large group of Hiring Managers. Recruiting experience within a Property Management organization is highly preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required, 4-year college degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English. Bilingual Spanish, preferred.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite, Adobe, email, internet, etc.) and experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP, UltiPro/UKG, etc.) and job advertising resources, including social media.
- Strong working knowledge of Federal and individual State labor and employment laws.
- Strong familiarity with the current recruiting landscape within the assigned region and has a proven track record of successful placement of qualified candidates for a variety of roles.
- Position is telecommuting approved. Working from home requires a high degree of discipline and the ability and set-up to have a space dedicated to work in the home and to efficiently and ergonomically perform their essential job duties, and must be able to abide by FPI's Telecommuting policies.
