Premier Pediatrics Beverly Hills is looking for a friendly, organized, and dedicated Front Desk Medical Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our practice. Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients and families with a warm, professional demeanor

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using medical scheduling software

Verify insurance eligibility and process co-pays and patient billing

Maintain and update accurate patient records in the EHR/EMR system

Answer and triage incoming phone calls, messages, and patient inquiries

Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and communication with insurance providers

Ensure front desk area is organized, stocked, and HIPAA-compliant at all times

Requirements:5 years or more of front desk or medical administrative experience, preferably in a pediatric or primary care setting

Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and medical scheduling software

Knowledge of insurance verification, co-pays, and medical billing processes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages and families

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy, high-volume clinical environment

HIPAA knowledge and commitment to patient confidentiality

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
