    Frozen Ropes in Chester, NY is hiring a Business Development & Sales Manager with an ambition to make 100k plus. This is a 40K base + commission position with a generous commission structure.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Frozen Ropes Chester. The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth and oversee all sales operations for our Business Partnerships www.frozenropes.com/chester/business-partners/. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful sales teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships. The Sales Director will report directly to the General Manager. Part of this role will also be selling to our in-house customers. Base + Commission salary structure.

    Job Requirements:

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.

    Lead and motivate the sales team of 5-8 people to achieve and surpass targets.

    Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities in the local Chester, NY market (20-mile radius).

    Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Set sales targets and monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

    Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing and Operations, to ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall business goals.

    Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.

    Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and opportunities.

    Conduct regular sales training and development programs to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge.

    Close business partnership deals with local businesses in the Chester, NY market.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

    3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

    Strong leadership and team management skills.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
