Responsibilities: • Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies • Support our Listings department in creating and editing all print, digital and swag collateral for upcoming, current and closed listings • Develop branded marketing materials to support all campaigns that are professional and well-written • Develop, plan and execute all philanthropic, community and corporate events • Coordinate and/or liaise for PR opportunities and community outreach • Deliver reports both internally to peers/counterparts and externally to clients with monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements or changes needed • Regularly update social media and respond to followers • Maintain hard copy filing and digital filing system of past and current collateral Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 based on experience
